Gehini Developers to set up Rs. 150 cr club project in Tirupati.

Gehini Developers has announced its plans to set up a luxurious 'spiritual' club property in the temple town of Tirupati with an outlay of Rs. 150 crore.

C Diwakar Reddy, Chairman of real estate company Gehini Developers, said, “The property located on a 11 acre site will have luxurious facilities and a spiritual ambience in the foothills of the famous Tirumala shrine to add to the comfort of visitors.”

'As a company engaged in real estate projects, both housing townships and commercial, this will be our maiden foray into such a themed park where the ambience will suit the pilgrim s visiting the holy town,' he said.

Named Dollar's Grand Club, the project will provide visitors homam and hawan services, helipad, spa, business amenities and amphi-theatres.

The club also plans to encourage corporate visitors with its conferencing and event facilities.

“Over the years, I have developed a number of real estate projects and am now looking at developing this project as a landmark one. The project will be funded through internal accruals and the rest through debt,” he said.
