Gensol Engineering Limited Secures Work Order to develop 9730 kWp (+/- 10%) Grid Connected Ground Mounted Solar Power Generation System.

Gensol Engineering Limited (the "The Company) had on 30th day of June, 2021 received a work order from the one of our reputed clients towards develop 9730 kWp (+/- 10%) Grid Connected Ground Mounted Solar Power Generation System at different factory locations for the fixed lump-sum Contract Price of INR Rs. 31,75,00,000.00 (Indian Rupees Thirty-One Crore and Seventy-Five Lakhs Only) exclusive of taxes.

The Client intends to develop 9730 kWp (+/- 10%) Grid Connected Ground Mounted Solar Power Generation System different factory locations and shall be completed on or before 15th December, 2021 at an envisaged cost of Rs. 31,75,00,000.00 (Indian Rupees Thirty-One Crore and Seventy-Five Lakhs Only) exclusive of taxes.
