GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, Urbanblocks Realty Form JV for 63-Storey Residential Tower.

A new joint venture, GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP, formed by the promoters of GHR Infra, Lakshmi Infra, and Urbanblocks Realty, has officially launched "The Cascades Neopolis," a towering 63-storey luxury residential project. Located in the prime area of Neopolis (Kokapet), the ambitious development boasts a height of 217 meters.

The total outlay for "The Cascades Neopolis" is estimated at an impressive ₹3,169 crore. Designed with high-end amenities, the project will feature two helipads and a unique sky bridge connecting all towers, offering residents unparalleled convenience and panoramic views.

"We have priced it at ₹10,000 a sq. ft," stated Lakshmi Narayana G, Partner with GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP. He added, "We are planning to hand over the flats by March 2030."
