Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd Commissions 2 MTPA Iron Ore Pellet Plant.

Godawari Power and Ispat Limited has received the “Consent to Operate” from the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board for an additional 2 MTPA iron ore pellet plant.

The new plant, located in the Siltara Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, commenced commercial operations on 8 December 2025. With this expansion, the company’s total pellet manufacturing capacity has increased from 2.7 MTPA to 4.7 MTPA, strengthening its production capabilities in the iron ore sector.
