Godrej launches residential project in Gurgaon.

Godrej Properties Ltd. recently announced the launch of a residential project - Godrej Oasis.

Spread over approximately 4.5 acres in Gurgaon, the project will comprise five towers with 306 apartments and a total saleable area of approximately 500,000 sq. ft, the company said in a statement.

Godrej Oasis is being developed as a joint venture with Oasis Buildhome Pvt. Ltd.

Customers can choose from 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments ranging in size from 1,307 sq. ft. to 2,066 sq. ft with prices starting from Rs. 85 lakh, said the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group.
