Godrej Properties Acquires 23-Acre Greater Noida Land Parcel, Targets ₹7,000 Crore Revenue
Godrej Properties Ltd has acquired a 23.2-acre land parcel in Greater Noida through an e-auction conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Ltd, according to a stock exchange filing.
The Mumbai-based real estate developer plans to develop a premium residential group housing project on the 93,905-square-metre site, with an estimated revenue potential of more than ₹7,000 crore. The company said the projection is based on prevailing business assumptions and market conditions.
Located within the 750-acre DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida, the project site enjoys strategic connectivity to key infrastructure corridors, including the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar.
The acquisition further strengthens Godrej Properties’ presence in the National Capital Region and aligns with its strategy of expanding its residential development portfolio in high-growth micro-markets.
