Godrej Properties inks pact with Vihang group for housing project in Thane.

Godrej Properties Ltd. has added a new project to its portfolio. The developer has entered into a development agreement with Pratap Sarnaiks's Vihang Group to develop a residential housing project on a 15-acre land parcel located off Ghodbunder Road in Thane. The project would have a development potential in excess of one million sq. ft.

Thane has grown rapidly in recent years and is now a self-contained metropolis. The project is strategically located off Ghodbunder Road, offering excellent connectivity to the western and central suburbs of Mumbai. Along with excellent infrastructure, the project location has several established commercial, retail and entertainment hubs in its close vicinity. It is also well connected to the international and domestic airports and to Thane railway station.
