Godrej Properties to Acquire Multiple Land Parcels in FY26 With ₹30,000-Crore Revenue Potential: Pirojsha.

Godrej Properties remains optimistic about housing demand and plans to acquire multiple land parcels in the current fiscal year, with a total revenue potential of around ₹30,000 crore, a senior company official said.

The company is pursuing an aggressive strategy of outright land acquisitions as well as partnerships with landowners to expand its operations.

In an interview with PTI, Executive Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej said the company’s business development efforts, including new land acquisitions, have been strong in the first half of the fiscal, and the pipeline for the second half also appears promising.
