Govt Plans Major ₹30,000-Crore Push for Next Phase of UDAN.

The government has proposed an outlay of ₹30,000 crore for the revamped version of the UDAN (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik) regional air connectivity scheme, according to industry sources.

The enhanced funding is aimed at extending the programme beyond April 2027 under an expanded UDAN framework, allowing the scheme to continue supporting regional aviation growth and improving air connectivity across the country.
