GVK begins toll operations for Deoli-Kota Expressways.

GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited has announced that it has begun commercial operations of GVK Deoli Kota Expressways Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

The diversified Hyderabad based infrastructure company said it has received provisional completion certificate as per the provisions of the Concession Agreement.

The 83-km road stretch is located between Deoli-Kota section of National Highway 12 in Rajasthan.

The commercial operations, which is collection of toll fee of the road project will commence from midnight (00.000 hours) of August 25 by starting collection of partial toll fee from the road users.

During the recent Annual General Meeting, GVK Reddy, Chairman of GVK, had hinted that the road project would begin commercial operations soon and contribute to revenues.
