HiLITE biz centre in Kochi.

The Kozhikode-based HiLITE Builders has commissioned a modern business centre - HiLITE Platino - in Kochi close, to NH Bypass near Vytilla. The 1.3 lakh sq ft office space, which is strategically located in the city's prime commercial location, offers premium amenities to corporate firms. The project with an investment of Rs. 85 crore has a total of six floors and a two-tier car parking facility. Vinod Paul, Senior Marketing Manager, said in a press statement that the company has already commissioned a business park in Kozhikode, which is attracting several corporate companies, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and IT companies in the vicinity.
