Christened Aliens Space Station 1, the project is coming up on 18.5 acres of land. “Of this, about 80 per cent of the land would be used for landscaping,” Mr Hari Challa, Managing Director of the group, said here in a press release. The 87-metre tall building would have 2,205 flats, which include duplexes and penthouses.

The project would have home automation features such as biometric security access systems, and Wi-Fi connectivity, he said. The company tied up with the London-based SMC ALSOP for architectural consultancy, Meinhardt Infrastructure (Singapore) for structural engineering and Ranhill Berhad of Malaysia for mechanical consultancy.
