HUDCO and NBCC Sign ₹600 Crore MoU for Development Projects.

Housing & Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) Ltd. for the development of a 10-acre HUDCO-owned land parcel in Noida. The project, valued at approximately ₹600 crore, will involve the construction of an 8.71 lakh square feet institutional complex.

The development will feature a mix of office spaces, studio apartments, conference facilities, and retail and common areas. NBCC will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring timely and efficient execution of the project. The MoU was signed on November 27, 2024, in New Delhi.
