iD Fresh Foods to Build 10 Manufacturing Hubs as Global Expansion Gains Pace.

iD Fresh Foods to Build 10 Manufacturing Hubs as Global Expansion Gains Pace.

iD Fresh Food is accelerating its international expansion with plans to establish 10 manufacturing hubs across key global markets over the next two years, as the fresh food company positions itself for a potential initial public offering (IPO) by October of FY27.

The company will set up manufacturing facilities in markets including Singapore, Sri Lanka, the US, the UK, Europe and Canada, Chairman and Global CEO P.C. Musthafa told businessline in an exclusive interaction.

The expansion will be driven by a centralised manufacturing model aimed at streamlining operations while ensuring consistent product quality across geographies. Under the strategy, nearly 95 per cent of the production process will be completed at dedicated manufacturing hubs serving each market, with only the final stage of processing carried out locally before products are distributed.

“The model simplifies manufacturing, ensures quality consistency and improves cost efficiency,” Musthafa said.

The planned overseas expansion marks a significant step in iD Fresh Food's global growth strategy as it scales up its international presence while preparing for a potential stock market listing in FY27. The manufacturing hub model is expected to help the company standardise production, optimise logistics and improve operational efficiency across multiple markets.
