IHH Healthcare Plans to Add 2,000 Hospital Beds by 2028.

IHH Healthcare is set to significantly expand its global footprint, with plans to add approximately 2,000 new beds over the next three years. The expansion is part of a strategy to enhance the company's operational scale and geographical reach.

In a related move, the company has also unveiled a new brand identity aimed at bringing greater clarity and cohesion to its vast international network.

IHH Healthcare's presence in India is already substantial, operating through subsidiaries Fortis Healthcare and Gleneagles Healthcare. Together, these entities manage a combined network of 35 hospitals with more than 5,000 beds across 11 states. Globally, IHH has a total of 140 healthcare facilities, including over 80 hospitals, spanning ten countries.

The expansion plan follows a strategic collaboration announced in July between its India subsidiaries, Fortis Healthcare and Gleneagles Healthcare. The partnership was established to pave the way for stronger business performance and sustainable growth in the Indian market.
