IIM Kozhikode and BEL Sign MoU for Leadership Development and Management Excellence.

The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) and Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening leadership development, management expertise, and business acumen among BEL executives.

Under the agreement, IIM Kozhikode will design customised Professional Post Graduate Diploma (PPGD) programmes tailored to build a skilled and future-ready workforce within BEL.

The initial phase of the collaboration will focus on key areas such as Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, and General Management, with plans to expand into additional subjects based on BEL’s evolving needs and business priorities.
