Imagicaaworld Announces ₹100 Crore Capex for Gujarat Water Park Project.

Imagicaaworld Entertainment Limited has approved an investment of up to ₹100 crore in Shanku’s Water Park in Mehsana, Gujarat, as the company expands beyond its core theme park business into managed leisure and hospitality assets across India.

The investment will be funded through a combination of equity and debt, the company said. As part of the arrangement, Imagicaaworld will oversee end-to-end operations and management of the water park, including park operations, guest experience, safety systems, food and beverage services, and revenue optimisation.

Under the management agreement, the company will earn a fee ranging between 6 per cent and 10 per cent.

Spread across more than 25 acres, Shanku’s Water Park features over 25 rides and attractions and caters to visitors from Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Mehsana and nearby regions. The property has recently undergone renovations, including upgrades to its water filtration systems.

Located within about an hour’s drive from Ahmedabad and GIFT City, the project is expected to strengthen Imagicaaworld’s presence in western India and support its strategy of scaling through asset-light leisure partnerships.
