"Inox Wind Lands 51 MW Order from Everrenew"

Inox Wind Limited (IWL) announced a significant milestone on August 13, 2024, securing a 51 MW equipment supply order from Everrenew Energy Private Ltd. The deal involves the supply of Inox Wind’s 3 MW class wind turbine generators for projects in Tamil Nadu and includes post-commissioning operations and maintenance services.
Following the announcement, Inox Wind's shares surged to a 52-week high, trading at ₹236.95 on the NSE and ₹237 on the BSE.
Kailash Tarachandani, CEO of Inox Wind, expressed his satisfaction with the order, stating, “We are pleased to see the strong preference for our turbines and services from project developers. Our ongoing efforts contribute to India’s ambitious renewable energy targets.”
R. Venkatesh, CEO of Everrenew Energy Private Ltd., commented on the partnership, saying, “Our collaboration with Inox Wind will help us meet our project commitments and drive the adoption of renewable energy in the commercial and industrial sectors, supporting companies in their energy transition efforts in the coming years.”
