INOXAP to Establish Speciality Gas Hub in Dholera to Support Semiconductor Industry.

INOX Air Products (INOXAP) announced recently that it is in the advanced stages of planning a speciality gas hub in Dholera, Gujarat, aimed at supporting India’s growing semiconductor industry.

Earlier this year, the company acquired a strategic land parcel in Dholera for the construction of the Electronic Specialty Gas Hub. The facility will produce and supply Ultra High Purity (UHP) bulk and speciality gases such as nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and hydrogen—critical for advanced semiconductor fabrication.

Designed as both a production and fulfillment centre, the hub will ensure reliable, contamination-free gas delivery to semiconductor fabrication (fab) units and OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) facilities across India, the company said in a statement.
