Interio by Godrej to Undertake ₹90-Crore Projects for Kochi Infrastructure Development.

Interio by Godrej, the furniture arm of Godrej Enterprises Group, has won orders to execute infrastructure projects worth over ₹90 crore in Kochi.

The orders include a ₹69-crore electrical and mechanical work contract from Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) for Phase 2 of Kochi Metro, and a ₹24-crore design-and-build project for Kerala State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited (KSITIL) at Infopark, Kochi.

According to the company, the KMRL order marks Interio’s first-ever Electrical and Mechanical (E&MVAC) project, reflecting its expanding capabilities in integrated turnkey execution. The work scope covers electrical, ventilation and air conditioning (VAC), and fire protection systems for 10 elevated metro stations, property development areas, and the viaduct between JLN Stadium (excluding) and Infopark Station.
