IRB Infrastructure Trust Provides Update on TOT-17 Project.

IRB Infrastructure Trust, an associate of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, provided an update on the execution of the Concession Agreement for the TOT-17 Project. The project is being carried out by IRB Harihara Corridors Private Limited, the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the Trust, in partnership with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

The TOT-17 Project covers the Toll, Operation, Maintenance, and Transfer of key highway stretches in Uttar Pradesh, including the Lucknow-Ayodhya section of NH-28 (New NH-27) from km 15.400 to km 137.970, the Ayodhya-Gorakhpur stretch of NH-28 (New NH-27) from km 136.759 to km 252.860, and the Lucknow-Sultanpur section of NH-731 from km 90.370 to km 217.795.

The project is being executed under the Toll, Operate, and Transfer (TOT) model, aimed at enhancing the efficiency and maintenance of these strategic highway corridors.
