ITC to Build Welcomhotel in Hyderabad.

ITC Hotels (ITCHL) has announced a significant expansion of its presence in Hyderabad with a new agreement to launch Welcomhotel Shankarpally. This new venture is a collaboration with KAC Palm Exotica Hotels.

The upcoming Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Palm Exotica Shankarpally will be a sprawling property, set across 11 acres. It is designed to offer a luxurious and serene experience, featuring 155 guest rooms and villas, many with private gardens.

This addition will complement ITC Hotels' existing portfolio in Hyderabad, which includes two prominent establishments: the ITC Kakatiya, offering 188 keys, and the ITC Kohenur, with 274 keys. The launch of Welcomhotel Shankarpally underscores ITC Hotels' continued investment and growing footprint in the vibrant city of Hyderabad.
