J. Kumar Infraprojects Wins ₹1,020 Crore Coastal Road Project in Navi Mumbai.
J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited has been awarded a ₹1,020.70 crore contract by the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) for the design and construction of a coastal road in Navi Mumbai.
According to a regulatory filing, the project will connect Jalmarg Sector-16, Kharghar, to the PMAY Housing scheme near Kharghar Railway Station and includes a pedestrian underpass near Delhi Public School, Nerul. The construction is expected to be completed within 30 months.
J. Kumar Infraprojects was the sole bidder for the project, which aims to improve connectivity in the rapidly growing Navi Mumbai region. The company confirmed that the project does not involve any related party transactions, and no promoter or group company has an interest in CIDCO.
With this new contract, J. Kumar Infraprojects strengthens its infrastructure portfolio, contributing to urban development efforts in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
