KBC Global commences construction work of 1,72,500 Sq. ft at HARI LAXMI PHASE I, II & III located at Deolali, Nashik.

KBC Global Limited (KGL), a leading player in affordable and midincome housing segment in its home turf Nashik, Maharashtra, has announced the Commencement of construction work of 1,72,500 Sq. ft at HARI LAXMI PHASE I, II & III located at Deolali, Nashik.

Commenting on the above announcement Mr. Naresh Karda, Chairman & Managing Director of KBC Global Limited said, "We are really pleased to announce the Commencement of construction work of 1,72,500 Sq. ft at HARI LAXMI PHASE I, Il & III located at Mahalaxmi Road, Deolali, Nashik-422101. This Project would help us to build 180 residential units and we are expecting to generate Rs. 600 MN from this project. The project will be completed in phased manner i.e. Hari Laxmi I to be completed by 30/12/2023, Hari Laxmi II by 30/12/2024 & Hari Laxmi III by 30/12/2025. All three phases of the project are registered with MAHARERA.
