Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Ltd., KMLL sign SSPA with DP World Multimodal Logistics Pvt Ltd.

The Board of Directors of Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited in its meeting held on 4th September, 2023, have approved the draft of Share Subscription & Share purchase Agreement ("SSPA") to be executed between the Company, Kesar Multimodal Logistics Limited ("KMLL") & DP World Multimodal Logistics Pvt Ltd.("DPW") for sale / disposal / transfer up to 100% equity and/or preference stake in KMLL, wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company subject to the fulfilment of conditions precedent and necessary approvals from the regulatory/statutory authorities.

The Company, KMLL & DPW has signed the SSPA today i.e., 11th September, 2023.
