KG Builders Expands Portfolio With Two Plotted Communities in Western Chennai.

KG Builders, a Chennai-based real estate developer, has launched two new plotted residential communities-KG Fields of Fortune in Kuthambakkam and KG Kingdom of Prosperity in Valarpuram near Thandalam—as part of its expansion in western Chennai’s fast-growing residential corridor.

Together, the projects are part of the company’s 120-acre plotted development portfolio in the region and represent an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹400 crore, according to a company release.

The developments are located along the Valarpuram–Thirumazhisai growth corridor, which has been attracting increasing interest from homebuyers and investors due to several upcoming infrastructure projects. These include the Chennai Metro Phase II extension to Poonamallee, the Chennai–Bengaluru Expressway, the upcoming bus terminus at Kuthambakkam, and the proposed greenfield airport at Parandur.
