Kisan Mouldings Ltd. enters into MOU with PIL Italica Lifestyle Ltd.

KISAN MOULDINGS LIMITED ("the Company") has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with PIL ITALICA LIFESTYLE LIMITED ("PILL") for marketing and distribution of Plastic Moulded Furniture products under the "Kisan Crest Brand" of the Company. As a result of this arrangement, it will enable the Company to focus more on it's core and main business segment activities i.e. manufacturing & marketing of moulded pipes and fittings.
