Kolte-Patil Secures ₹4,000 Crore Real Estate Project in Pune.
Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. has signed a joint development agreement for a 22-acre residential and mixed-use project in Wadgaon Khurd, Pune, with an estimated Gross Developable Value of ₹4,000 crore.
Located within Pune Municipal Corporation limits, the project will offer approximately 5 million square feet of saleable area. Positioned in South-West Pune, the site overlooks the Mutha River to the north and is bordered by a garden reservation to the south.
Joint Managing Director Yash Patil highlighted the company’s focus on expanding across key micro-markets through strategic partnerships and capital-efficient models. Group CEO Atul Bohra emphasised the project’s prime location and access to essential social infrastructure.
The development benefits from connectivity to CBD Pune and the West-Pune zone, with schools, hospitals, malls, and entertainment hubs within a 2-km radius. A proposed 90-meter ring road and park reservations to the west further enhance its appeal.
Kolte-Patil, established in 1991, has completed over 64 projects spanning 28 million square feet across Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. The company operates under two brands—‘Kolte-Patil’ for mid-income housing and ‘24K’ for luxury developments.
