YEIDA Allocates Four Hotel Plots Near Noida International Airport.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has successfully auctioned four hotel plots near Noida International Airport, fetching ₹106 crore—12% higher than the reserve price of ₹94 crore.

The plots, located in Sector 29 and ranging from 3,400 to 4,000 sqm, saw competitive bidding. Equasocio Digital Technologies secured a 4,000-sqm plot for ₹31 crore, exceeding its ₹26 crore reserve price by ₹5 crore. Two 3,400-sqm plots were allotted to Balaji Enterprises and Ranchor Infra Developers for ₹23 crore each, slightly above their ₹22 crore reserve price. Net2Source Consulting acquired another 3,400-sqm plot for ₹29 crore against a reserve price of ₹23 crore.

YEIDA anticipates an investment of over ₹200 crore in these projects. Additionally, a 2,100-sqm fuel station plot in Sector 18 was allocated to Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd for ₹12.2 crore.

The hotel plot scheme, launched in December, offered 12 plots ranging from 3,100 sqm to 20,000 sqm, while the fuel station scheme, introduced in November, included two plots of 2,100 sqm and 1,600 sqm.
