"KPI Green Energy Ltd has secured a new series of contracts from Adani Green Energy Ltd."

KPI Green Energy Limited has announced that it has received significant orders from Adani Green Energy Limited and Adani Green Energy Six Limited for the Balance of System (BoS) package for a total of 534 MW solar power projects at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat.

Under the orders, KPI Green Energy will handle the supply of goods, including manufacturing, procurement, packing, transportation, factory acceptance tests, and the provision of commissioning spares, mandatory spares, consumables, and associated materials. In addition, the company will provide onsite services, covering receipt, unloading, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, civil, mechanical, and electrical works, along with handing over and performance guarantee testing.

The projects are set to be executed in a phased manner, as per the timelines defined in the respective contracts.

These orders reinforce KPI Green Energy’s position as a trusted execution partner for large-scale utility solar projects and are aligned with its strategy to expand its BoS and EPC capabilities across marquee renewable energy developments.

This marks another step in strengthening India’s renewable energy infrastructure, particularly in the high-potential solar corridor of Kutch, Gujarat.
