Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories Division Secures Orders Worth ₹5,000–10,000 Crore.

Infrastructure giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced recently that its Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical has secured major orders in the domestic market, including a significant contract for developing one of the country’s largest upcoming IT parks in Bengaluru.

In a regulatory filing, the company revealed that the Bengaluru project will involve the development of approximately 5.9 million square feet of space, marking it as a key milestone in the B&F vertical's portfolio.

As per L&T’s project classification, a ‘major’ order is valued between ₹5,000 crore and ₹10,000 crore. The company did not disclose the exact value or the client details but emphasized that the win reinforces its leadership in large-scale infrastructure and commercial real estate development in India.
