Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Agreement for New Property in Rajasthan.

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its latest property, Lemon Tree Resort, Mori Bera, in Rajasthan. The resort will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, and is expected to begin operations in FY27.

The resort will offer 17 well-appointed rooms along with a range of amenities, including a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, Jacuzzis, and other public areas. Located approximately 150 kilometers from Udaipur Airport and just 2.7 kilometers from Mori Bera railway station, the resort is easily accessible by both public and private transport.

Mori Bera, situated in Rajasthan's 'Leopard Country,' is known for its unique blend of wildlife and local communities, with frequent leopard sightings making it a prime spot for nature enthusiasts and wildlife photographers. The nearby Jawai Dam adds to the region’s appeal with its stunning views and birdwatching opportunities.
