Lemon Tree Hotels Signs New Property in Siliguri.

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of its latest property—Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Siliguri. Managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, the new hotel is expected to commence operations in FY29.

Located in the strategic city of Siliguri, the upcoming hotel will offer 63 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet facilities, recreation areas, and other public amenities. The property is situated approximately 18 km from Bagdogra Airport and just 3 km from the Siliguri Railway Station, with excellent road connectivity.

Siliguri, often dubbed the "Gateway to the Northeast," serves as a major commercial and transport hub in West Bengal. Known for its tea, timber, and tourism industries, the city also offers easy access to popular hill stations such as Darjeeling, Kalimpong, and Gangtok, as well as natural attractions like the Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary.
