A meeting of the Board of Directors of Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd. is scheduled on 08/05/2020, to consider, approve and accord consent of the Board of Directors to enter into Memorandum of understanding between Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited and Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited to incorporate a new joint venture company for mining operations.
