L&T Secures Major Order for Mega NVIDIA B300 AI Factory in India.

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is set to build India’s largest NVIDIA B300 AI factory in Kanchipuram, Chennai, as part of an order from US-based AI cloud innovator Together AI valued in the range of ₹10,000 crore to ₹15,000 crore.

The project marks the beginning of a larger order pipeline between L&T and Together AI, with additional orders expected in the future. The facility is expected to become India’s largest single-cluster AI infrastructure project.

Vyoma.AI, an L&T company, has secured the project from Together AI. L&T’s subsidiary, LTN Compute, is developing AI-ready digital infrastructure across India through hyperscale AI data centres, sovereign cloud platforms, AI Factory services, GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) and managed AI platforms.

The infrastructure is designed to cater to the requirements of governments, enterprises, cloud providers and AI innovators.

The proposed AI factory will power Together AI’s AI-native cloud platform, supporting large-scale inference, fine-tuning and training workloads. The project is expected to strengthen India’s AI infrastructure ecosystem while enabling global AI innovation.
