L&T Technology Services (LTTS) recently said it has secured a significant multi-year engineering and research and development (R&D) contract from a leading automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM), strengthening its presence in the mobility sector.

The Bengaluru-based company will provide advanced software, connectivity and digital engineering services across multiple vehicle technology domains for the premium automotive manufacturer. The engagement expands an existing relationship between LTTS and the unnamed OEM.

LTTS said it will leverage its global engineering capabilities and delivery frameworks to support the client’s product and technology development. The scope of work includes embedded systems, digital platforms, verification and validation, cloud integration, cybersecurity, and integrated software–mechanical engineering services.
