Mahindra Lifespaces Seals ₹2,050 Crore Deals in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has finalized two significant deals in Mumbai and Bengaluru, totaling ₹2050 crore in gross development value (GDV).
In Mumbai, Mahindra Lifespaces has secured a third redevelopment project with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1800 crore. This project involves the redevelopment of seven residential societies in the suburb of Borivali West under the state’s cluster redevelopment policy.
Additionally, the company has acquired a prime land parcel spanning 2.37 acres in Singasandra, south Bengaluru, adjacent to its existing Mahindra Zen project. This acquisition is expected to generate revenue of approximately ₹250 crore, with a developable potential of about 2.5 lakh square feet.
