Mahindra Lifespaces Wins Redevelopment Mandate in Matunga Valued at ₹1,010 Crore.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (MLDL), the real estate arm of the Mahindra Group, has been appointed as the preferred development partner for a major residential redevelopment project in Matunga, Mumbai. Spanning approximately 1.53 acres, the project carries a gross development value (GDV) of around ₹1,010 crore, marking a significant expansion of the company’s footprint in the Mumbai micro-market.
The redevelopment aims to transform the existing housing cluster into a modern residential community, featuring upgraded infrastructure, contemporary design, and enhanced lifestyle amenities. Strategically located, the site offers seamless connectivity to key social and business hubs, including Shivaji Park, prominent educational institutions, healthcare facilities, retail destinations, and metro links.
