Mahindra & Mahindra signs license deal

New Delhi: Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has signed an licensing and technology transfer agreement with Japan's Mitsubishi Agriculture Machinery Co. Under the agreement, Mitsubishi Agriculture Machinery Co (MAMC) will transfer strategic agricultural machinery technology to M&M.

The deal will provide mechanisation for crop specific solutions. The agricultural machinery will be sold under the Mahindra brand in the domestic market and will be exported to China and SAARC countries.
