Mantri Developers' new residential projects in Pune.

Bangalore-based Mantri Developers is making a foray into the Pune residential market with the launch of two projects. The first project, Mantri Vantage, comprises three towers with a total of 306-units located at Kharadi off Pune-Ahmednagar Road.

The Rs. 250-crore project has homes in the Rs. 70-90 lakh bracket and will be completed in three years' time, Sushil Mantri, CMD of Mantri Developers said. The second project is a premium project at Sopan Baug with 18 apartments each of around 4,700 sq ft in size.

The value of the project is around Rs. 100 crore. The company has ongoing projects in Banglaore, Chennai, Hyderabad and it has also developed a commercial project in Pune.
