MICL Unveils India's Tallest Ultra-Luxury Residential Tower in Mumbai.
Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) has launched Avaan Tower 2, a 306-meter residential skyscraper in Mumbai’s Tardeo, which the company claims is India’s tallest ultra-luxury residential building.
The high-rise features 3, 4, and 5 BHK residences, with carpet areas ranging from 1,300 to 3,282 square feet, covering a total project area of 650,000 square feet. MICL estimates the project will generate over ₹3,000 crore in revenue.
Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, Avaan Tower 2 offers panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, Queen’s Necklace, Mahalaxmi Racecourse, and the Mumbai skyline. The development boasts over 55 luxury amenities, including an ocean-view infinity pool, UFC gym, private theater, and bowling alley.
“Aaradhya Avaan is more than just a residence—it is a statement of neo-luxury living,” said Manan Shah, Managing Director of MICL.
MICL reported a consolidated total income of ₹1,360 crore and a net profit of ₹300 crore for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. The company, which operates in construction and real estate development, continues to expand its footprint across India.
The launch comes as Mumbai’s luxury real estate market sees strong demand from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, both domestically and internationally.
