MoEF clears Mumbai's water transport project

The union environment ministry has approved Mumbai's west coast water transport project to be run between Borivli and Nariman Point.

As on February 2013, The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation is ready with contractors to build six passenger terminals. The MSRDC just to issue work orders to contractors.

The project further waiting for approval from the cabinet committee on infrastructure.
