Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants Secures ₹130 Crore Railway Consultancy Contract from Northern Railway.

Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants Ltd, a civil infrastructure consulting services company listed on the BSE, has secured a contract worth approximately ₹130 crore from the Northern Railway for providing comprehensive consultancy services for railway infrastructure projects.

The company said this is its largest order to date, significantly strengthening its order book and improving multi-year revenue visibility.

The scope of work includes Final Location Survey (FLS), geotechnical investigations, design work, preparation of drawings, and other preliminary activities required for Detailed Project Reports (DPR), land acquisition, and EPC tender documentation. The assignment also includes facilitation support to the Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) for railway projects such as new lines, bypass and chord lines, doubling and multi-tracking works, and flyover construction.

The contract is scheduled to be executed over a period of 36 months, providing strong execution visibility and reinforcing the company’s presence in the railway infrastructure consultancy segment.
