Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd. updates on operations.

Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd. had earlier announced with respect to temporary suspension of all the manufacturing operations by the Company at its plants situated at Raipur and Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, with effect from 25th March 2020 till further notice, in view of nationwide lockdown advisory announced by the Government of India and other authorities to contain the spread of Corona Virus disease (COVID-19).
The Company has restarted the integrated steel manufacturing operations at the plant of the Company located at Village Naharpali, Tehsil Kharsia, District Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, with effect from 02nd May, 2020. The manufacturing operations at the plant of the Company located at Raipur, Chhattisgarh will continue to remain temporarily suspended till further notice.
