State-backed construction major NBCC (India) Ltd has announced that it has secured two domestic work orders aggregating to approximately ₹42.55 crore (excluding Goods and Services Tax), further strengthening its project management consultancy (PMC) portfolio across institutional and commercial segments.

According to the company’s disclosure, the newly awarded contracts reflect continued momentum in its engineering and supervisory services, with the projects spread across western India and the upcoming capital region of Andhra Pradesh.

The first project has been awarded by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Nandurbar-I in Maharashtra. Valued at around ₹6.92 crore (excluding GST), the contract involves construction of an additional school building block along with staff residential quarters. The assignment will be executed under the domestic PMC framework and is aimed at strengthening educational infrastructure at the institution.

The second and larger contract has been awarded by Indian Bank for the development of office premises in Amaravati at Plot No. 94, Uddandarayunipalem. Valued at approximately ₹35.63 crore (excluding GST), the project will see NBCC undertake construction of dedicated corporate office space under its project management consultancy model, expanding its footprint in the emerging administrative hub.
