NDR InvIT Acquires Lucknow’s MLG Warehousing for ₹144 Crore, Expands North India Logistics Footprint.

NSE-listed NDR InvIT Trust announced recently its acquisition of the MLG Warehousing and Industrial Park located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, for Rs.143.9 crore.

The Grade-A warehousing facility covers approximately 4.63 lakh square feet of leasable area and is situated on around 21 acres of land. This marks NDR InvIT’s strategic entry into the logistics market of Lucknow.

Currently, the warehouse is 98% occupied and leased to prominent clients from sectors including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), third-party logistics, retail, and paint, the company said.
