New Hydro Power Project Commissioned by Chhattisgarh Hydro Power LLP.

Chhattisgarh Hydro Power LLP, a subsidiary of Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd, has successfully commenced commercial operations of its Rehar-1 small hydro power project on July 8, 2025. This significant development follows the receipt of in-principle approval from the Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company Ltd. for long-term power procurement from the facility.

The Rehar-1 project comprises three units, each with an 8.3 MW capacity, contributing a total of 24.9 MW of clean, renewable energy to Chhattisgarh's grid. This move highlights a continued push towards sustainable energy sources in the region and strengthens Sarda Energy & Minerals Ltd.'s presence in the power sector.
