NPCIL and IOC JV to develop nuclear power project

The MoU between Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL and Indian Oil Corporation -IOC) was signed on November 04, 2009.The MoU covers setting up of Nuclear Power Plants in the country for generation of electricity and any other area as mutually agreed. A Joint Venture Company (JVC) has been incorporated in the name of NPCIL-Indian Oil Nuclear Energy Corporation Limited.
