Oben Electric Targets Asia, Latin America, and West Asia in Global Expansion Push.

Bengaluru-based EV start-up Oben Electric is gearing up to enter international markets by calendar year 2026, with a focus on emerging regions across Asia, Latin America, and West Asia that share similar demand and usage patterns with India.

“We plan to expand beyond the domestic market. We aim to ensure that through our principle of vertical integration and in-house design, we offer superior quality and service for customers worldwide,” said Madhumita Agrawal, Founder and CEO of Oben Electric.

Founded in 2020, Oben Electric manufactures electric motorcycles tailored to the 125cc to 150cc premium commuter segment. The company currently sells under the brand name “Rorr,” with two models in its lineup — the Rorr and the Rorr Ez.
