"Oberoi Realty Ltd Signs Development Agreement for Prime Land at Carter Road, Bandra West"

Oberoi Realty Ltd announced today that it has entered into a Development Agreement for the development and redevelopment of a parcel of land measuring approximately 2,576 square meters, located at Carter Road in Bandra (West), Mumbai.

The company anticipates generating a free sale component of around 40,000 square feet of RERA Carpet area from the development and redevelopment of this property, in accordance with the existing provisions of the Development Control & Promotion Regulations for Greater Mumbai, 2034.
